Sleep is everything, folks!
If you're not sleeping well, you're not thinking well or metabolizing well or having the best sex you could be having or being as funny as you could be or getting your brain to fire on all cylinders, etc etc etc. Getting good sleep is the trick to becoming the best version of yourself you want to be and many of us don't even know what that feels like until if finally happens.
